Phil Wigglesworth

Mr. Wigglesworth comes from a business and computer science background with extensive experience of both business processes, having implemented from scratch ISO 9001 quality assurance, and with experience of the specification and development of computer software. He has both written and created software applications from accounting through process analysis and project management software together with the creation of valuation software and management software for the property industry. He comes from both a physics and astronomy background in undergraduate work, together with variety of scientific experience, including the writing of modelling software exclusively developed for Unilever in the United Kingdom.

Legal Background

Mr. Wigglesworth has worked extensively within the computer systems area and is currently finishing a J.D. at the Andreas School of Law, Barry University, Orlando, FL.

Technical Background

Mr. Wigglesworth graduated from Sheffield University in 1979 with a B.Sc. (Hons) in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science. In the 1980's he created both program generator and database software that formed the basis of property software for a UK computer company. Starting with Apple ][ computers, before working with IBM pc networks and UNIX systems, in the 1990's he developed large scale 32-bit Windows applications not only using, but implementing at a low level, USCD p-code and constructing applications utilizing Delphi and object-orientated programming in conjunction with both p-code interpreters and Data Machine compilers.
